FAQs / Terms Of Service

Why does it take so long?

We hand  make all of our wheels to the exact specifications of our customers order.  This process is not something we carry stock in house due to the overall variability of requests.  We do not carry inventory of pre-made wheels which allows us to be more reasonably priced compared to our competition. Each order is hand made and requires us to use 1 additional partner to fully produce a single wheel.  We do not wish our customers to have a wheel that does not meet the highest standards and may take longer than the 5+ weeks needed to ensure you receive a quality product.

I don't see parts for my car!

We have a couple of options depending on your needs and budget:

  • If you need any custom part made such as interior trim, exterior trim, diffusers, mirror caps, hood, trunk, etc. use our custom part infusion to get started and please be as detailed as possible!
  • If you need a custom wheel, use our custom wheel order form.

What are the issues that can delay a project?

Frankly, that question is enormous.  From resin cure cycles, sudden temperature drops, out of stock materials (and backorder), shipping issues or finishing issues in the paint booth.  While many projects go perfectly to plan some can be extra time consuming or delayed which is something we will communicate as needed.  We have created and delivered over 14,000+ custom parts without fail in our history and we certainly do not plan to start.

Terms Of Service:

By consenting/accepting to the terms and conditions box at checkout you hereby certify that you, the purchaser, understand that the items you are ordering are hand made, made to order items that are created in our shop specifically for your order. These items take time to create, and are typically completed in an ESTIMATED time window, after your order is placed. Once your order is placed we do not allow alterations to sizing, material or images, nor do we permit refunds to be given in the event that these terms were overlooked and blindly agreed to.

If you receive a custom/made to order item from us that is incorrect you may contact our support team with your order number in the subject line and they will be happy to assist you in an exchange for the correct items originally ordered. We do not allow refunds due to impatience or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, e.g., “I didn’t know they’d take two weeks to create,” “I need the money to pay bills,” “my mom won’t let me have plugs anymore,” and so on. Please DO NOT ORDER MADE TO ORDER ITEMS OR CUSTOM ITEMS IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

SOME ITEMS MAY HAVE ADDED SHIPPING UPON TIME OF PROCESSING TO MAIL.  IF THIS IS THE CASE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CONTACT CUSTOMER AND BILL THE REMAINING SHIPPING COSTS TO THEM.

Refund policy

Returns may be done within (7) days of delivery.  We do not offer refunds on items that are custom made to order as those are created specifically for the customers styles and preferences.  However, we are committed to customer satisfaction which means we will take each return on a case by case basis to work with the customer.

If you are not satisfied with your NRD Product or cancel before we ship, we are happy to refund you the total amount back minus a 20% restocking fee that excludes S&H.  This is due to wasted time and materials since the customer nature of our products does not mean we can simply "resell" it.

Cost Adjustment Shipping

Due to the varying shipping climate for commercial (large items) or international shipping, customer accepts there maybe additional shipping fees at time of shipment.

We do not upcharge shipping costs.  We relay the quoted cost to us, to the customer (adding the pallet on large items).  Customers are required pay any additional costs to ship a product if the costs exceed our quoted shipping.  If they elect not to do so the we will refund less a restocking fee of 30% for last minute refusal.

This is common for obscure international locations like Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, etc to see supplemental shipping fee email requests.

However rare this maybe it does happen and we are clear on the remedy.
